Medior MSF Consultant @Quistor
In 2014, I completed my degree and a few months later, I relocated to the Netherlands to pursue an internship opportunity at the University.
Upon returning to Spain, I began my job search on LinkedIn. Among the various companies listed, Quistor stood out to me due to its Dutch origins. At that moment, I was unfamiliar with the world of technology consulting, and to be honest, I didn't have a clear understanding of the internship vacancy's responsibilities. However, considering I had just recently completed my degree at the age of 24, and the opportunity was based in the Málaga office, what could go wrong?
In November 2015, I embarked on an internship in the Office Management department in Málaga. This experience provided me with the invaluable opportunity to meet the entire team at the Málaga office in person, as well as numerous employees from other offices. Approximately a year later, I made my first move into the Managed Services Functional team as a result of a vacancy for a JDE Junior consultant.

"I consider myself incredibly fortunate and proud to be a part of this company. Quistor truly values its employees and places great importance on the human aspect of our work"
My experience in the Functional team did not start off as smoothly as I had anticipated. The other junior members had all come from the Quistor Academy, which made it challenging for me to keep up with their level of expertise in JD Edwards. However, I persevered and gradually gained a better understanding of the system. Over time, I became more at ease working with the team and, coincidentally, the onset of COVID brought more responsibilities for me. This new wave of tasks allowed me to develop a sense of confidence in my abilities to perform my job effectively.
Nowadays, I work as a JDE Functional Consultant and as a Functional team leader at one of our main customers. Despite no longer being directly connected to the Office Management team, a significant part of me still feels connected to it.
Nearly 8 years into my journey at Quistor, I consider myself incredibly fortunate and proud to be a part of this company. Quistor truly values its employees and places great importance on the human aspect of our work.

I want to express my gratitude to Quistor for always keeping its doors open and not setting limits.
