My story at Quistor started 10 years ago when I became part of the first JDE Functional Academy. It was based in Prague and had a duration of 6 months. The program was led by internal Senior Consultants, covering all JDE modules.

The experience was stunning, not only for learning about what would become my profession but also for becoming a member of this unique family. As of today, I consider it the best decision I have ever made.

After the training, I was allowed to move to the UK to help out with the internal JDE support for one of our customers. This enriched experience contributed to putting into practice all the concepts I had learned.

Having traveled quite a lot within the projects, I decided to continue developing my career in the support area, which is more in line with my personal life.

I am very thankful for the opportunities that have been given to me during these last years as part of the team.

Last year, I began combining my responsibilities as a Functional Consultant with those of a Team Leader. In this new role, I strive to address the needs, desires, and motivations of my team.

We’ve witnessed the gradual consolidation of our support team over the years, securing stable contracts and seizing every opportunity that comes our way.

This situation applies to all departments. Quistor, as an organization, is experiencing exponential growth, carefully analyzed and conscious. Yet, we remain committed to preserving our unique essence—caring for our employees, fostering personal and professional development, and fostering a sense of belonging within the Quistor family.
